And its not like she had any change to prevent this allthough she absolutely hates it. The guy is just an asshole, hooker or no hooker, everybody deserves some respect, you dont take her into some kind of headlock when she told you before she is not into swallowing. I hope he gave her a good tip to make up for his disgusting bahaviour.
